About the role

Responsible for initiating calls to potential or existing customers for home loan products, leads conversion, meeting performance targets, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to customers based on assigned leads or data
• Introduce HL /LAP products, services, and offers
• Explain the features and value propositions clearly
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately
