About the role

Job Title - Agent - Customer Support(English Speaking) Team - you will join the Customer Support team within the CS department. end-to-end resolutions are attempted and achieved for every customer connection. customer support during all post-sales procedures. Wish you were here? We do, too!

What you'll do

  • Working model - 6days,(1day rotational week off)
  • Join the Customer Support team within the CS department
  • Identifying customer needs, investigating and recommending solutions
  • Maintaining coordination within teams to collaborate on solutions and escalations
  • Work towards high CSAT and positive NPS consistently - ensure positive customer experiences
