About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic sales leader to head and drive the overall sales closing function across multiple real estate projects. The AGM – Sales will be responsible for developing business strategies, driving revenue growth, leading large sales teams, managing project-wise sales performance and ensuring achievement of overall booking and collection targets.

What you'll do

• Overall Sales Leadership & Business Strategy
• Lead and drive the overall sales closing function across assigned projects and locations
• Develop annual, quarterly and monthly sales strategies aligned with organisational business objectives
• Take complete ownership of project-wise revenue, booking and collection targets
• Identify business opportunities and formulate strategies to maximise sales and market share
