About the role

MBA/PGDBM with 15+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Planning, Business Intelligence, Revenue Management, or Sales Operations Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives Strategic leadership role with direct visibility to senior management and influence on business growth

What you'll do

• Partner closely with the Sales Head - West to develop mid- and long-term business strategies focused on revenue growth, market expansion, and business planning
• Manage revenue planning, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to improve commercial outcomes
• Design and implement KPI frameworks, incentive scorecards, and performance management processes across sales and marketing teams
• Develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales schemes based on market trends, project lifecycle, and lead analytics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to execute Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and drive organisational alignment
