About the role

As Content Operations Lead, you’ll be the operational backbone of that engine, working side by side with Creative Designers to keep projects on track, customers unblocked, and nothing falling through the cracks. • Proactively identify and remove blockers so Creative Designers can stay focused on the work, not the logistics
• Coordinate handoffs between Creative Designers, copywriters, and engagement managers to keep production on schedule
