Bid Manager

About the role

Working in partnership with capture managers, client account managers and technical teams, the bid manager is responsible for managing and delivering bids across the UK and Ireland business. Leading bids typically valued between $2M and $10M and taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process, the role ensures submissions are produced on time, fully compliant with client requirements and aligned with agreed pursuit strategies and governance requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage the development and delivery of bids, ensuring submissions are compliant, high quality and delivered to required deadlines
• Coordinate bid activities and support contributors throughout the bid lifecycle
• Facilitate kick-off meetings, answer planning sessions, reviews and progress meetings
• Act as a reviewer on bids and pursuits, providing constructive feedback to strengthen response quality, compliance and client focus
• Manage content development, including writing, editing, formatting and graphics production
