AM HRBP - Kochi location at Headsup Corporation. Ensure adequate manpower availability across all shifts as per operational requirements.
What you'll do
- Ensure adequate manpower availability across all shifts as per operational requirements
- Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for associates, loaders, sorters, pickers, packers, and supervisors
- Handle workforce planning, attendance, absenteeism, attrition, and employee retention
- Manage staffing vendors and contract labour deployment
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, and minimum wages
