Analyst 2 - Appraisal

About the role

Under direct supervision, assist in the collection and analysis of data for senior staff to use to formulate an opinion of the market value of real estate for the purposes of dispute resolution, mortgage underwriting, acquisition/disposition, portfolio analysis and estate purposes.

What you'll do

• Collects, analyzes, and reports appraisal related market data through internal and outside sources
• Responsible for understanding all company research related database programs
• Understands all necessary software programs used to prepare valuation reports
• Understands and utilizes necessary third-party data sources
• Responsible for the aggregation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of complex appraisal related market data through internal and outside sources
