Senior Business Intelligence Specialist - Microsoft Fabric & Power BI

About the role

We’re looking for a senior BI professional to take ownership of this foundation, keep it reliable and cost-efficient, and evolve it as the business and the Fabric ecosystem move forward. This is a hands-on role with high autonomy and direct exposure to C-level stakeholders. You’ll be the technical owner of the platform end to end, from ingestion to semantic models to usable data and reports leadership uses to make daily and strategic decisions.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve the Microsoft Fabric platform: capacity sizing, performance, scalability, availability and cost control
• Maintain and extend the metadata-driven pipelines that integrate data from Salesforce/Kantata, Dynamics 365, Workday and business-created sources
• Develop and maintain the medallion (bronze/silver/gold) lakehouses/warehouses, serving both human and agentic workloads
• Design and deliver semantic models and Power BI reports that provide one version of the truth for key business metrics and KPIs
• Run Power BI governance: workspaces, access control, release management, app embedding and user adoption
