What you'll do

• Support the end-to-end administration of employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, terminations, and regular benefits updates
• Process and validate benefits-related transactions accurately and within service level timelines
• Coordinate with vendors, payroll, HR operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth benefits processing
• Maintain and update employee benefits records, systems, and documentation
• Support benefits reconciliation activities and ensure data accuracy between Workday, benefits portal and vendor files

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• Excel
