What you'll do

• Data is at the heart of every great people decision, and in this role, you will be the guardian of that data
• As an HR Business Data Steward, you will ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of employee data across HR systems and connected downstream applications
• Define data standards, manage data cataloguing and lineage, drive data quality improvements, and act as a trusted partner to data owners, process experts
• Your work directly enables better workforce insights and more reliable HR operations across the organization
