About the role

We are looking for a Sourcer (Tech) to help us grow our office in Bangalore. You will be the driving force behind finding and engaging with some of the finest Engineering talent in the industry as we scale our team from the ground up. This is an exciting time to be part of the rocketship and the Databricks expansion in India.

What you'll do

  • Work with hiring managers as a strategic partner advising on things such as sourcing strategies, passive engagement strategies, competitive intelligence, DEI
  • Drive talent acquisition efforts by extensively sourcing and engaging with highly skilled professionals in Bangalore
  • Collaborate with the APJ recruiting team and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
