Analyst, HR Operations (US Shift)

About the role

The Analyst – HR Operations will play a key role in enhancing employee experience through seamless HR operations, process optimization, and digital Operations. This role will own end-to-end HR processes and service delivery for employees and stakeholders across the United States, lead process improvement and reporting initiatives, and act as an escalation point and mentor for junior team members, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.

What you'll do

• Own and execute HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, and transitions)
• Drive HR Operations initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery
• Monitor, analyze, and report on HR operations metrics, dashboards, and service SLAs; highlight trends, risks, and recommendations
• Leverage HR tools and automation platforms (Workday, ticketing systems, etc.) to streamline and automate processes
