Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Regional

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets, with a strong focus on technology and commercial hiring. In addition to recruitment, you will support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement activities and people-related initiatives, working closely with the broader HR team.

What you'll do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple markets, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiations and onboarding handover
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Drive technical hiring across Software Engineering, QA, Product Management, Data, DevOps and other technology functions
• Support commercial and corporate hiring, including Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Operations and Finance
• Proactively identify and engage candidates through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels
