What you'll do

• Manage the Recruitment Backoffice Process and coordination with TA team and HR Ops
• Knowledge on TALEO or any other Recruitment tool is preferable
• Manage the activities pertaining to Onboarding, Background Verification, Vendor payouts and management & Offer Management
• Generating MIS reports, analyze the report trends
• Perform first level quality check for all the deliverables and update the necessary tracker to record the quality of client deliverables
