Assistant Vice President APAC HR Operations

About the role

The HR Operations team is engaged in the administration of a broad range of HR activities associated with the employment cycle. The team acts as the first point of contact for queries from managers and staff across the market and also provides a comprehensive administrative support service to the human resources team, supporting projects undertaken within the human resources department.

What you'll do

• Leads, mentors, and develops HR Co-Ordinator's and HR Assistants to ensure excellent performance, continuous development, and strong team capability
• Lead a high-quality HR Operations function by ensuring accurate, timely, and customer-focused service delivery while driving process improvement, simplification
• Lead the team to ensure delivery of an excellent and accurate HR operations service to customers
• Lead a culture of innovation by championing AI-enabled ways of working, encouraging constructive challenge
• Act as a role model for HR Co-Ordinator and HR Assistants, mentoring and developing team members to ensure excellent performance and realization of their potential

What you need

• 12–16 yrs of experience
• HR operations
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
