Analyst – Human Capital Generalist

About the role

This role will serve as a key operational partner to the Core Human Capital function. The role is responsible for managing critical HC operations in areas such as onboarding, separations, benefits administration, statutory activities, etc. The role further undertakes talent engagement and talent development activities including other initiatives that help employees grow professionally and maintain a work-life balance.

What you'll do

• The core activities will also include managing accurate documentation, data entry, and validation, as well as contributing to HR process improvement
• Also work with vendors to ensure timely execution of deliverables, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• The role also requires you to drive and conduct employee engagement events to enhance employee experience
• Furthermore, you will serve as a first point of contact for employee queries, demonstrating sound judgement and empathy
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to support BU-specific talent priorities, including people pulse analysis and BU-wise initiatives
