HR Payroll Senior Analyst

About the role

The role is execution‑focused and operates under defined processes, controls, and supervision.

What you'll do

• Support end‑to‑end payroll execution for assigned EMEA and AsiaPac countries through external vendors
• New hires, terminations, compensation changes
• Absences, leave, and statutory inputs
• Perform pre‑payroll and post‑payroll validations to identify discrepancies and exceptions
• Review payroll outputs against source data and flag variances for resolution

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Payroll
• HRMS
• Statutory compliance
• Excel
• SOP writing
• Internal controls
• Any graduate
