Analyst- Materials Management

About the role

As an Analyst – Materials Management, you will use supply-chain knowledge, data management, and analytical skills to improve inbound raw-material flow, availability, and network effectiveness across the assigned Operating Unit (OU). You will work as an individual contributor with Consultants, Assistant Managers, Plant Associate Managers, plant planners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Support OU-level performance improvement across OTD, DOS, VN, NPW, utilization, MDRs, lead-time compliance, and related supply-chain metrics
• Prepare and maintain OU-level analysis, and issue summaries for review with Consultants and Assistant Managers
• Coordinate with Plant Associate Managers, plant planners, sourcing, transportation, suppliers, buyers, and other stakeholders to validate issues, document root causes
• Support disruption recovery and escalation management by expediting materials, coordinating alternate sources of supply and transportation
• Identify recurring MDR issues, recommend practical corrective actions, and support sustainable solutions to improve supply continuity and reduce repeat disruptions
