Analyst, Payroll at Western Union. As an Analyst, Payroll in Pune, you will build strong relationships both internally and externally, collaborating with cross-functional teams including payroll vendors.

What you'll do

• A key responsibility of this role is the accurate and timely preparation, management, and submission of payroll data to external payroll providers
• As part of the WU Global Payroll Team, you will be delivering the following
• Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll processing, including transactional payroll data, statutory deductions, expatriate/relocation/severance payments, garnishments
• Perform payroll validation, controls, and compliance activities, including auditing payroll registers, reviewing HCM (Workday) data
• Partner with vendors, stakeholders, and employees to resolve complex payroll queries, communicate corrections, maintain governance standards
