Analyst - Presales

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Presales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in RFP/RFI management, bid coordination, and proposal development. The individual will work closely with Sales, Product, Solutions, Security, Legal, Finance and Customer Success teams to create compelling, high-quality responses for enterprise and government tenders across geographies.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end RFP, RFI, RFQ, and tender response processes
• Review bid requirements and prepare compliance matrices and response plans
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial, security, and product inputs
• Develop, customise, and maintain proposal content, response repositories, and knowledge libraries
• Prepare executive summaries, solution descriptions, implementation approaches, and customer-specific responses

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
