What you'll do

  • Act as a customer programs expert, analyzing fleet issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve them effectively
  • Conduct product performance and reliability analyses across the assigned fleet population
  • Analyze engine field issues to support quality and safety risk assessments
  • Evaluate safety-related issues and prepare materials for reviews with regulatory authorities such as TCCA
  • Support enhancements to Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA)
