Analyst - Publisher Monetization

About the role

As an Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of data and revenue. You will dig into publisher performance data, spot what is working and what isn’t, and turn those findings into decisions, especially around floor price optimization, that directly increase publisher revenue. You will also work closely with the account management team and, when needed, speak with clients directly.

What you'll do

• Analyse publisher performance across metrics such as impressions, fill rate, eCPM, bid rates and revenue, and track trends over time
• Optimise floor prices by studying bid landscapes, demand behaviour and inventory quality, then test and measure the impact of changes
• Identify revenue opportunities, such as underperforming placements, geos, ad formats or demand sources, and recommend clear next steps
• Build and maintain dashboards and regular reports for internal teams and publishers
• Run experiments and A/B tests on monetisation setups and report results with clear takeaways
