Analyst/Senior Analyst - Campaign Operations

About the role

The Campaign Operations Specialist is the operational partner to the Country Coordinators from METRO Markets – METRO’s online marketplace. The role is responsible for coordinating and executing the day-to-day operational activities required to successfully deliver marketing campaigns.

What you'll do

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple countries, ensuring timely delivery
• Manage campaign workflows using Jira (or equivalent), including ticket creation, task allocation, status tracking, and closure
• Maintain campaign schedules, trackers, and operational documentation
• Coordinate the preparation and publication of campaign assets including homepage banners, landing pages, newsletters, and other digital marketing materials
• Support Storyblok (or equivalent CMS) updates, including page creation, content updates, and publishing
