About the role

We are seeking a Software Asset Management (SAM) / License Management Specialist to oversee software license compliance, optimization, and governance across the enterprise IT landscape. The role involves managing software assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring license compliance, optimizing software utilization, supporting audits, and driving cost-effective license management practices across multiple vendors and platforms.

What you'll do

• Manage the complete lifecycle of software assets, including procurement, deployment, utilization, renewal, and retirement
• Maintain accurate software inventory and entitlement records across enterprise environments
• Monitor software license consumption and ensure compliance with vendor licensing terms and agreements
• Conduct periodic license reconciliations and identify compliance risks
• Support internal and external software license audits from vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, VMware, SAP, IBM, and others
