What you'll do

• Support the execution of IFF's supplier sustainability and responsible sourcing programs
• Conduct supplier sustainability assessments using internal tools and external platforms and identify areas for improvement
• Support supplier engagement activities, including onboarding, data collection, sustainability reviews, and follow-up communications
• Assist with supplier visits and sustainability reviews to validate practices and support continuous improvement efforts
• Track supplier corrective actions and monitor progress against agreed improvement plans

What you need

• 0–3 yrs of experience

• Any graduate
