What you'll do

• Assist in tax due diligence engagements for M&A, PE/VC investments, and divestitures
• Conduct research on direct tax, FEMA, company law, and regulatory matters
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and transaction documents
• Support transaction structuring and corporate reorganization projects, including mergers, demergers, slump sales, and capital restructurings
• Prepare tax memoranda, due diligence reports, client presentations, and advisory notes

What you need

• 0–3 yrs of experience
