About the role

The Self-Service Analytics Platforms Analyst is responsible for supporting and enabling enterprise analytics platforms delivered as a service, empowering business users, analysts, and product teams to leverage secure, governed, and scalable analytics capabilities.

What you'll do

• Support the administration, enhancement, and day-to-day operations of enterprise analytics and visualization platforms delivered as a service
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand requirements and support the delivery of platform capabilities and service…
• Contribute to platform initiatives and roadmap execution aligned with analytics, cloud, and enterprise data strategy objectives
• Maintain and enhance operational dashboards and scorecards that provide visibility into platform adoption, utilization, service performance, capacity, costs
• Support FinOps activities by monitoring platform consumption, tracking license utilization, identifying optimization opportunities

What you need
