Laurel Bridge Compass & Lighthouse Support Engineer
What you'll do
- Monitor Laurel Bridge Compass environments using Lighthouse for server, interface, job, error, and storage health
- Support DICOM image routing workflows across Sources, Rules, and Destinations
- Troubleshoot failed, pending, queued, or stuck DICOM jobs and communication issues
- Investigate AE Title, IP, port, inbound association, and connectivity issues
- Monitor disk utilization and identify abnormal storage growth or excessive logging
