Provide application support for Visage PACS and integrated radiology workflows, ensuring smooth image flow, study/order association, worklist availability, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Provide L2/L3 support for Visage PACS and radiology applications
- Support end-to-end Epic/RIS → Modality → Visage → PowerScribe workflow
- Troubleshoot missing studies, images, orders, and radiologist worklist issues
- Resolve study/order association and Quality Assurance (QA) issues
- Troubleshoot DICOM Send/Receive, image routing, import, and transfer issues
