About the role

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems.

What you'll do

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
• Responsible for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
• Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement corrective actions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Troubleshooting
• Any graduate
