Job Description – Application Support Engineer

What you'll do

  • Deploy and configure applications on Windows/IIS servers
  • Manage IIS (App Pools, Websites, Bindings, SSL)
  • Resolve front-end issues (login failures, access issues, session timeouts)
  • Troubleshoot endpoint/connectivity issues (URL access, API failures, DNS/port issues)
  • Handle SSL certificate issues (expiry, binding, installation, trust issues)
