What you'll do

• Log, categorize, prioritize, analyze, and track L1 support tickets and operational alerts
• Perform functional analysis and initial root-cause investigation of application incidents and data inconsistencies using application knowledge, SQL, logs
• Provide L1 application support, leveraging functional and application expertise to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents within the defined scope
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with appropriate diagnostic findings and functional impact assessments
• Coordinate with French-speaking stakeholders and technical teams for incident resolution
