This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently and efficiently. You will be tasked with various administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Contai drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
