Responsibilities will include maintaining records, processing documents, and supporting the operational team to ensure smooth workflow.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Faizabad drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
