Apprentice - Agency

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and talented individual to join our Agency team as an Apprentice - Agency. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our business growth strategy by identifying and recruiting high-potential agents and brokers. Your primary focus will be on the health and non-motor insurance segments, where you will develop new locations, expand our network, and activate recruited agents to meet our targets.

What you'll do

• Play a pivotal part in our business growth strategy by identifying and recruiting high-potential agents and brokers
• Develop new locations, expand our network, and activate recruited agents to meet our targets
• Identify and recruit quality agents/brokers with a focus on health and non-motor insurance lines of business
• Develop new locations in Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Churu, and surrounding areas, expanding our market presence
• Achieve assigned PMS targets by effectively mapping intermediaries and activating recruited agents
