Apps Monetisation Manager (Ads & IAP)

About the role

You will own the monetisation strategy and execution for a set of apps in the Oogway portfolio, covering both ad revenue (IAA) and in-app purchases and subscriptions (IAP). You will work with product, engineering, UA/marketing, design, and analytics to design monetisation systems, run experiments, optimise yield, and improve LTV and ARPDAU, while keeping ROAS and retention healthy.

What you'll do

• Own ad revenue for assigned apps across rewarded, interstitial, banner, native, app-open, and MREC formats
• Optimise waterfalls and bidding setups, floor prices, placements, frequency caps, pacing, and ad-unit configurations by geo, user cohort, and app version
• Run A/B tests on ad placements, formats, timing, and session-level ad load to maximise ARPDAU without hurting retention or session length
• Monitor fill rates, eCPMs, show rates, latency, and ad quality, and work with partner account managers to resolve issues and unlock better demand
• Ensure ad quality and compliance through creative filtering, category blocking, and malicious or misleading ad monitoring
