AR Caller

About the role

The AR Caller is responsible for managing assigned insurance accounts receivable by conducting payer follow-ups, resolving claim issues, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role focuses on reducing AR aging, improving cash flow, and meeting defined productivity and quality benchmarks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adherence to client guidelines, payer policies, and compliance standards.

What you'll do

• AR Follow-Up & Account Resolution
• Perform outbound calls to insurance payers to follow up on outstanding claims
• Work assigned AR inventory and prioritize accounts based on aging and client guidelines
• Analyze claim status and resolve routine denials, underpayments, and rejections
• Ensure timely resolution to prevent timely filing issues and revenue loss
