About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Accounts Receivable professional to own our AR function from start to finish. You will join a global finance team of 12 and work closely with senior leadership across the US, India, and the Philippines.

What you'll do

  • Own invoicing, collections, reconciliation, aging, and reporting
  • Track and improve key AR numbers: DSO, Collections Effectiveness Index, Invoice Accuracy, and Dispute Resolution
  • Reduce outstanding receivables through clear follow-up and escalation
  • Handle high-volume billing, including multi-entity and cross-border transactions
  • Prepare aging reports, collection forecasts, and dashboards for leadership
