What you'll do

• Manage supplier onboarding and maintenance across customer procurement and payment platforms, ensuring accurate and timely completion
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor setup, portal administration, invoice submissions, payment inquiries, and customer compliance requirements
• Collect, review, and submit required supplier documentation, including W-9s, bank letters, tax forms, certificates of insurance, and vendor registration documents
• Monitor invoice approvals, rejections, disputes, and payment status, resolving issues and coordinating resubmissions, corrections, credit memos, and rebills when needed
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific invoicing procedures, purchase order requirements, tax regulations, and documentation standards
