What you'll do

• Manage supplier onboarding and maintenance across customer procurement and payment platforms, ensuring accurate and timely completion
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor setup, portal administration, invoice submissions, payment inquiries, and customer compliance requirements
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific invoicing procedures, purchase order requirements, tax regulations, and documentation standards
• Maintain accurate records of supplier information, invoice submissions, and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Accounts Receivable, to resolve vendor and invoicing issues
