About the role

The Area Business Development Manager – LAP is responsible for driving the Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan (HL) business across 25–35 mapped branches and through direct sourcing channel. The role involves achieving business targets, maintaining portfolio quality, leading a team of Business Development Managers and ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction through effective cross-functional coordination.

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development mangers (BDM)
  • Drive performance through regular reviews, coaching, and motivation
  • Conduct monthly performance appraisals and feedback sessions
  • Facilitate training and development of team and other stakeholders
  • Organising Campaigns for Branches
