Area Credit Manager

About the role

An Area Credit Manager will be responsible for managing loan approvals within defined turnaround time, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements, and monitoring portfolio quality across designated branches. Loan Approvals Complete loan approval process within stipulated TAT. Product Policy Execution Ensure timely implementation of Head Office circulars, new products, and updated credit policies at the branch level

What you'll do

• Monitor and control post-approval audit findings and provide timely compliance
• Analyse stage-wise loan proposal rejections and track the occurrence trends to identify the focus areas
• Training the branch staff on the updated process and policies as and when required
• Identify early warning indicators leading to NPAs/overdue accounts and escalate to supervisors

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
