About the role

The State Credit Manager is responsible for overseeing and strengthening the credit function across the assigned state. The role ensures prudent credit decision-making, adherence to risk and compliance standards, and capability building of the credit team to support sustainable portfolio growth.

What you'll do

• 2.1 Credit Sanctioning & Risk Management
• Final sanctioning of loans across all products within the assigned state, ensuring alignment with organizational credit policies
• Regular analysis of credit and operational trends to strengthen credit decision-making and risk mitigation
• 2.2 Team Management & Capability Building
• Monitor, supervise, and provide strategic guidance to the state credit team
