Identify and execute sales growth opportunity at regional level, drive channel expansion and new account acquisitions
Achieve sales target by building strong relationships in the channel network
Drive faster TAT through effective loan sanctioning by building strong relationship with internal stakeholders
Work on sales volumes and value IRR
Monitor and support the recovery of NPA from relevant customers in Region
