About the role

To drive secondary sales , expand market reach, and ensure strong distribution, visibility, and execution of DS Group's confectionery brands across the assigned territory through effective distributor and retailer management.

What you'll do

• ? Business Growth & Market Execution
• ? Own and deliver secondary sales targets for the assigned territory
• ? Drive expansion of numeric and weighted distribution, ensuring deeper market penetration
• ? Ensure product availability, visibility and range selling at retail outlets
• ? Educate and execute trade schemes, promotions of existing products in assigned territory
