Area Manager

About the role

As an Area Manager at Salad Days, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of cloud kitchens within your region, driving company culture, optimizing performance, managing P&L, and expanding our footprint. This role requires a dynamic leader who can enhance efficiencies, boost sales, and ensure profitability across units.

What you'll do

• Build a positive work culture and drive team performance
• Ensure SOP adherence and staff training for operational excellence
• Oversee cloud kitchen operations with focus on efficiency and quality
• Manage area-level P&L, driving revenue and controlling costs
• Optimize inventory management across units and warehouses

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Sales
• B2B sales
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
