Revenue Operations CRM Manager

About the role

You’ll join a Revenue Operations team with specialist capabilities across Sales Operations, Revenue Analytics, CRM & Revenue Systems, Marketing Operations and Commercial Operations. Each role has clear ownership, but we work as one connected team. We share context, challenge each other constructively and focus on improvements that make it easier for our go-to-market teams to make good decisions and execute consistently.

What you'll do

• Define what good looks like, diagnose problems and opportunities, and drive solutions from design through delivery, adoption and measurement
• Own the CRM vision, target state, principles and prioritised roadmap, aligned to Revenue Operations strategy and commercial priorities
