Responsible for building a healthy & profitable portfolio Ensuring superior customer experience and handling customer service in terms of collections, pre payments & other service concerns Target setting and achieving assigned targets. To ensure productivity metrics of sales officers and employee retention.

What you'll do

Recruiting and Hand holding of Territory Managers to meet up Business Targets across multiple cities mapped to them
Recruiting of Sales Team, training & motivating them to reach out for the business achievement
Driving business through DST for reaching our targets assigned
