About the role

The objective of the State Head - Sales - SME is to provide effective leadership and strategic direction to the sales, collection, and operations teams within the region. This role entails achieving incremental growth in the book size, maintaining the portfolio's health, building alternate sourcing channels, guiding the team to meet business targets, ensuring team productivity, and overseeing the sales process.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the sales, collection, and operations teams in the region
• Provide strategic guidance and set clear targets for the team
• Drive incremental growth in the book size while maintaining the health and hygiene of the portfolio
• Ensure that sales and collection targets are met or exceeded
• Driving sales of other financial solutions including other products , leasing , insurance & wealth etc
